Warranty

Our Lifetime Promise

Cast iron is built to last generations, and we stand behind every piece we pour. Our cookware is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal household use.

What's Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Cracks or breaks caused by a defect in the iron
  • Pitting or porosity from the casting process
  • Handle separation due to a manufacturing fault
  • Enamel chipping that exposes bare iron due to a material defect

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage from:

  • Normal wear, scratches, or surface seasoning changes
  • Rust from improper drying or storage
  • Accidental drops, impacts, or thermal shock
  • Misuse, including use as a weapon or improper heating
  • Dishwasher use or harsh detergent damage to enamel

How to File a Claim

Before contacting us, please clean and thoroughly dry the piece so we can inspect it properly.

To start a warranty claim, visit our Contact page with your order number and photos of the affected area. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or repair at no cost if the issue is covered.

Paid Repair for Accidental Damage

If your piece is damaged through accident rather than defect, we offer a paid repair service for many items. Contact our team through the Contact page for an assessment and quote — we'll do our best to bring your pan back to life.

Care Reminder

A little care goes a long way: hand wash, dry completely on the stove, and rub with a thin layer of oil. Properly cared-for cast iron only gets better with age.
